EMPOWERMENT

Empowerment is the process of increasing the capacity of individuals or groups to make choices and to transform those choices into desired actions and outcomes. Now to empower yourself is just like virtually tapping into your hidden inner self and unlock the power within it.
.Effective resource utilization empower one to achieve any goals in life
Take, for instance, giving food to someone to eat is good. Even better is sharing knowledge. A hungry man first needs to be fed. Only then will he be receptive to knowledge. Giving in the form of food or money may result in the recipients coming back for more and eventually get used for charity. But by giving knowledge, you can make him independent; he gets empowered.
Its all about what you do, not what you say.

Quotes:

“Virtually every company will be going out and empowering their workers with a certain set of tools, and the big difference in how much value is received from that will be how much the company steps back and really thinks through their business processes…thinking through how their business can change, how their project management, their customer feedback, their planning cycles can be quite different than they ever were before.”

FEAR

Fear is a phobic factor induced by one's negative thoughts such as anger, anxiety, frustration.
When Fear Stands In Your Way, the opportunity is to FREE YOUR MIND. Your feelings are the language of your soul. Use them to find your way to Love.
To me Nothing in life is to be feared.  It is only to be understood.
Everyone fear about obstacles.Obstacles are like wild animals.  They are actually cowards but they will bluff you if you permit to do so.  If they see you are afraid of them.,they are liable to spring upon you; but if you look them squarely in the eye, they will slink out of sight.
Remember  strongest individual will be the one who overcomes fear and takes up things practically. It can be a simple matter like learning to swim or just public speaking.
Keeping a cheerful frame of mind, reinforced by relaxation, is the medicine that puts all ghosts of fear on the run.
Quotes:
The whole secret of existence is to have no fear.
Never fear what will become of you, depend on no one. Only the moment you reject all help are you freed.- Buddha
Men are moved by two levers only: fear and self interest.- Bonaparte

Power of Giving

Power of Giving is a vital part of ones personal development. The most important thing one can do is to understand and implement the power of giving. The power of giving comes from a selfless act - where you simply give from your heart. This act of giving is not tied to any special event, holiday or celebration - it is merely a time when you give your time, information, talents, encouragement, acknowledgment, thoughts, compliments, kindness, smiles, love and money.
Giving from your heart signals positive reactions to the universe, ignites your inner powers and sends out positive energy that will be picked up by others; this message that you transmit results in positive reactions that you will also pick up in time.
This does not imply that you should expect those that you have helped to do something for you in return. Just share and do not worry about the rewards. Give and share primarily because you feel a great source of happiness by doing it.
Just think about our planet Earth,we all are earning money from the resources and energy of nature earth. Yet nature doesn't asks anything in return..
Giving is truly a part of one’s human nature. That is the reason why when one does it one finds fulfillment and joy, as well as attracting so much blessings that can truly lead to success in all forms.
Quotes
You make a living by what you get, but you make a life by what you give."
Always give people more than what they expect to get.
No one has ever become poor by giving.

GOAL

GOAL setting is a process that can be applied to any area of one's life. This  applies to determining what an individual wants, ultimately, and also to the steps required to accomplish that desire or set of desires.
It is a powerful process for thinking about your ideal future, and for motivating yourself to turn your vision of this future into reality.

Any individual or team without their definite goal either in personal or professional life is leading with no destination or success unplanned.
Always set goals that are measurable in some way.
Every goal that you create must be time-sensitive in nature. Not having a time element attached to your goal breeds procrastination.Goals must have definite starting points and ending points and milestones along the way.
The three keys to living without limits have always been the same. They are clarity, competence, and concentration.
When you begin to dream big, abandon the activities that are taking up too much of your time, and focus your inward energies on alleviating your main constraints.
Life is like a game of cricket. When you think a fastball is coming, You got to be ready to hit it harder. Remember the goal is where we want to be. The objectives are the steps needed to get there
If you want a quick, simple way to reach success,in your personal, financial, and professional life then plan your goals SMARTly ie goals should be Specific Measurable Attainable Relevant Timely. These key words are self explanatory.

Quotes:
Shoot for the moon.  Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.  ~Les Brown
My philosophy of life is that if we make up our mind what we are going to make of our lives, then work hard toward that goal, we never lose - somehow we win out.  ~ Ronald Reagan
Leaders aren't born they are made. And they are made just like anything else, through hard work. And that's the price we'll have to pay to achieve that goal, or any goal.~ Vince Lombardi

The Power of Self Discipline

Discipline is hard work.It delivers benefits far beyond what you see on the surface. It is built by consistently performing small acts of courage.Another aspect of discipline is "self-control."Self-control is something everyone can relate to and when you master it, you gain strength and power. It will provide you with mental reserves required to persevere when life throws you one of its little curves.
One angle I like to look at self-discipline, can certainly be helpful: self-discipline is the power to act on ideas. It is the ability to take things from thoughts and realize them through actions and results. It is one of the pillars of success and power. It endows the inner strength to focus all the energy on a goal and persevere until it is accomplished. One of the most simple and effective methods to develop self-discipline is by refusing to satisfy unimportant and unnecessary desires.
Developing Self Discipline, here are a few examples:
  • Resist taking your bike for couple of days, where often u take it.
  • Walk up and down the stairs instead of taking the lift.
  • Get down from the bus one station before or after your destination, and walk the rest of the way.
  • For a week go to sleep one hour earlier than usual.
  • Sometimes resist the desire to eat an ice cream.
While you are gaining strength and confidence through your dedication to discipline, others will be noticing your specialness. You will be different. You will be stronger. You will be better.

Quotes

The first and best victory is to conquer self. ~ Plato

We are what we repeatedly do, excellence then is not an act, but a habit."!~ Aristotle

Mastering others is strength. Mastering yourself is true power. ~ Lao Tzu

    Time management!

Many people want to be taught to manage their time in a much better way. But the fact is, you cannot manage time anyway; it just keeps ticking away no matter what you do. As the great saying goes "TIME WAITS FOR NO MAN".

    1. Perfection is NOT a human condition
Accept that no human being is meant to do everything. We all have our uniqueness; things we do better than others and vice versa. There is a need to develop the concept of "fair enough". You can rework your Letter draft 10 times. Is it really so much better than a much earlier draft? You can shop for the perfect dress endlessly, Wasn't the first one you tried and liked as good as the one you seeing now? Demand higher standards of excellence only where it really counts. As the quote goes "No man is perfect" You can only be fair or "good enough".

    2) YOU are very special
Concentrate on excelling in what you enjoy doing better, and new areas you would like to learn. Share, partner with people who complement you or can fill the needs you have in areas you don't enjoy or do not know that well. Appreciate your talents and excellence and try to make it a habit. They are you, yours and very special. The results will not only save time but enrich and free you.

    3) Energy and Time
Know and honor your energy levels. Are you a morning person, do you have a boring / slump afternoon?Your time will be best used if you pace the tasks you have to do based on this knowledge. Do the most challenging tasks at your peak energy time.

    4) Focus on a particular Task
Do not allow yourself to think of what you have to do next while you are doing. Put a "do not disturb" sign on your door and do not take phone calls.
Develop habits that help you focus on what you are doing in that moment. By putting everything else out of your mind while focusing on the task at hand, you will be using your time efficiently. If you get stuck on something, take a break. Move to something else, get the information you need to go ahead, stretch the topic, change the environment if necessary or whatever it takes, but don't sit idle and get stuck.

Positive Attitude: Just Another Way Of Thinking?

Practical ways and suggestions to make things better, faster, more positive, by being optimistic, changing your outlook on life and motivate self and others to make the most of life, opportunity, embrace chance, change, process and outcome. Pro-actively, hands-on and first-hand opt to do something, everything a little differently from now on. Imagine and think the impossible, what you really want, claim it into reality, believe that it will be so and it will most likely be and happen that way. That is the so-called law of attraction. It very
much reminds us of a biblical quote and reference, ask and it shall be given unto you, seek and u shall find… sound familiar, knock and the door shall be opened unto you.
Then ask and answer this question and musing for yourself. How do you see and think about yourself, a success, a failure, disappointment, achiever? How do others see you? Is there a discrepancy between these two perspectives and why? How can you change matters, starting now? Change your thought, patterns, habits and self-talk that is mainly negative, into more positive thoughts, no matter how hard that might be for your inner skeptic and critic to do! See yourself as succeeding and having anything and everything you hope and dream of and then will it into being.
